According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ASD (002403.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted party, Fuchuang Investment, intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.2192 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
