# The Shanghai Composite Index stabilized and rose slightly by 1 point, while the ChiNext Index increased by 0.7% throughout the day, with robot concept stocks surging

The China-U.S. economic and trade talks concluded after two consecutive days in Madrid, Spain. The Shanghai Composite Index closed at 3,861 points, up 1 point or 0.04%, with a turnover of 989.8 billion yuan; the Shenzhen Component Index closed at 13,063 points, up 58 points or 0.5%, with a turnover of 1.35 trillion yuan; the ChiNext Index closed at 3,087 points, up 20 points or 0.7%, with a turnover of 638.2 billion yuan.

Domestic bank stocks showed mixed performance, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398.SH) up 0.3% and China Construction Bank (601939.SH) down 0.3%.

Domestic property stocks were favored, with Vanke (000002.SZ), Greenland (600606.SH), and Gemdale Corporation (600383.SH) rising between 1% and 2.5%.

In addition, CATL (300750.SZ) fell 0.4%. BYD's Yangwang U8L Ding Shi version was launched at a price of 1.28 million yuan, and BYD (002594.SZ) fell 0.8%. Technology stocks such as Cambricon (688256.SH) closed flat.
