# ROSHOW's subsidiary Ningbo Junwu signed a cooperation agreement related to home embodied AI service robots

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ROSHOW Technology (002617.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Ningbo Junwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningbo Junwu") recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with a leading domestic cross-border e-commerce company.

Ningbo Junwu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Party A), Shanghai Kepler Robotics Co., Ltd. (Party B), and a leading domestic cross-border e-commerce company (Party C) recognize that Party A has the capability to create popular products, Party B has technological advantages in the field of embodied AI, and Party C has overseas channels and operational capabilities. The parties will engage in priority strategic cooperation in the development of household embodied AI service robots, sharing resources and jointly building a collaborative development ecosystem for the globalization of household embodied AI service robots.

According to the agreement, Party A intends to purchase Party B's embodied AI models and embodied hardware modules, aiming to enable the robots to have VLA autonomous movement and Agent visual language interaction capabilities through this model, achieving natural communication and command execution in household scenarios, and realizing more scene applications through the embodied hardware modules.

Given that Party A is preparing to actively expand into the U.S. and European markets, and considering that Party C is a leading cross-border e-commerce enterprise with a complete operational system for sales and after-sales service, both parties will jointly establish a comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship focusing on deep integration and optimization of the supply chain, as well as joint brand building and promotion in the U.S. and European markets. Given Party C's years of experience in clean appliances and small home appliances, along with its operational experience on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and independent sites, both parties are confident that through joint efforts, they will strive to achieve cumulative sales of no less than 1 million units of various products in the U.S. and European markets by 2026-2028.

In addition, the parties will consider jointly developing upgraded versions of household embodied AI service robots based on project progress and consider establishing an independent brand through a joint venture format controlled by Party A at an appropriate time
