# Wenergy Co., Ltd. controlling shareholder's concerted action completed the increase in holdings, amounting to nearly 150 million

Anhui Wenergy Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Energy Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Wenergy Capital, has completed its shareholding increase plan. Within three months starting from June 13, 2025, Wenergy Capital will cumulatively increase its holdings by 20,715,209 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9138% of the total share capital, with an increase amount of 149,664,200 yuan. Before the increase, Energy Group and its concerted parties held 56.74% of the shares, which rose to 57.65% after the increase. Lawyers believe that the qualifications and actions of the increasing entity are compliant, and this increase falls under the exemption from the tender offer situation. The company has fulfilled its information disclosure obligations and does not trigger a tender offer, nor does it change the controlling rights
