# Phoenix Shipping non-independent director Wang Hui resigned for personal reasons

Recently, the board of directors of Phoenix Shipping Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Wang Hui. Wang Hui resigned from his position as a director of the company's ninth board of directors for personal reasons, with the original term set to end on February 10, 2026. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors and will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the company.
