# Jingneng Thermal's shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares have partially re-pledged their shares

Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. announced that recently, shareholder Zhao Yibo, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has completed the release of part of his pledged shares and the pledge business. On September 12, 2025, Zhao Yibo released the pledge of 2.35 million shares, accounting for 6.57% of his holdings and 0.89% of the company's total share capital, with the pledgee being the Nanjing Bank Beijing Branch. On September 15, he pledged another 2.35 million shares, with the same proportion, and the pledge expiration date is September 4, 2028, for the purpose of pledge guarantee. As of the announcement date, Zhao Yibo has cumulatively pledged 31.6291 million shares, accounting for 88.48% of his holdings, with controllable pledge risk
