# TIBET PHARMA provides a guarantee of 160 million for its subsidiary, with overall risks being controllable

On September 17, 2025, Tibet Nuodikan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that it would provide a joint liability guarantee of 160 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Nuodikan Biomedical Sales Co., Ltd., to apply for comprehensive credit business from the bank, with both Pudong Development Bank Lhasa Branch and Industrial Bank Lhasa Branch each providing 80 million yuan, and the biomedical company providing counter-guarantees. The matter has gone through the approval process. As of the announcement date, the company has a guarantee balance of 378.8029 million yuan, and the actual external guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 728.8029 million yuan, accounting for 18.44% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the expected authorization scope, and the creditworthiness and debt repayment ability of the guaranteed party are good, with controllable risks
