# ACHT plans to acquire 100% equity of Henan High Purity Minerals

According to the announcement from AnCai GaoKe (600207.SH), in order to implement the company's strategic plan and enhance its competitiveness in the high-end materials sector, AnCai GaoKe intends to acquire 100% equity of Henan High Purity Mineral Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan High Purity Mineral") held by Luoning Zhongtian Li New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luoning Zhongtian Li") through a non-public agreement transfer. The transaction price is RMB 15.0112 million
