# MEDITECH shareholder Weng Kang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.7024%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MEDITECH (603990.SH) has released a notice stating that shareholder Mr. Weng Kang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,214,250 shares through block trading within three months after the announcement of this plan, which accounts for no more than 25% of his total holdings and no more than 1.7024% of the company's total share capital; he also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,062,827 shares through centralized bidding, which accounts for no more than 25% of his total holdings and no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. The total reduction through both methods will not exceed 5,214,250 shares.

Mr. Wu Di plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 14,250 shares through block trading and centralized bidding within three months after the announcement of this plan, which accounts for no more than 25% of his total holdings and no more than 0.0047% of the company's total share capital
