According to the announcement from BUCHANG PHARMA (603858.SH), Shanghai HePu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai HePu") is a holding subsidiary of the company. In accordance with the company's overall development plan, to promote the operational development of Shanghai HePu, Shanghai HePu plans to invest a total of 4.9 million yuan to jointly establish two new companies with Jinan Hengde Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Hengde Technology") and Shanghai Guoding Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Guoding Technology")
