# YUELING plans to sell industrial real estate for 20.88 million yuan

Zhejiang YUELING Co., Ltd. plans to transfer its industrial real estate located in Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Zhejiang Province to Taizhou Yiku New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction price is 20.88 million yuan, including tax, which represents an increase of 16.6656 million yuan over the book net value, with an appreciation rate of 407.51%. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, has been approved by the board of directors and the supervisory board, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting. Yiku New Energy is a private enterprise with good credit. The transaction will be paid in two installments, and the property will be transferred before September 30, 2025. The completion of the transaction is expected to increase the pre-tax profit of the enterprise by approximately 11 million yuan for the current year; however, the transaction still requires the signing of agreements, payment of funds, and completion of property rights transfer procedures
