Invengo announced that the company will hold the fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on September 16, 2025, to review and approve the "Proposal for Amendment." On the same day, the company held a staff representative meeting, electing Mr. Lu Zhi as the employee representative director of the company's eighth board of directors. Mr. Lu Zhi resigned from his position as a non-independent director of the company's eighth board of directors due to work adjustments but will continue to hold other positions within the company.
