# TSPC: Plans to sign a gas station leasing operation contract

TSPC announced that the company plans to sign a "Lease and Operation Contract for Gas Stations at the Tai Mountain Service Area on the Qinglan Expressway and the Xinwen Service Area on the Taixin Expressway" with the Tai'an Branch of Shandong Expressway Service Area Development Group Co., Ltd. The lease will cover gas station assets located at the Tai Mountain Service Area on the Qinglan Expressway and the Xinwen Service Area on the Taixin Expressway, for the purpose of retailing refined oil and operating gas stations. The lease term will be from the effective date of the contract until June 30, 2028. This lease aims to meet the company's daily production and operational needs and is expected to have no negative impact on the company's operating results for this year
