Bank of Suzhou announced that as of September 15, 2025, a total of 12 members of the board of directors and senior management, including the bank's chairman Cui Qingjun, president Wang Qiang, and four vice presidents, have cumulatively increased their holdings in the bank by 600,000 shares, accounting for 0.0134% of the bank's total share capital. The total amount of the increase is 4.9604 million yuan, reaching 118.11% of the lower limit of the previous increase plan. This increase plan has been completed. Currently, the aforementioned increasing entities hold a total of 0.0657% of the bank's shares
