# EmbedWay plans to acquire 75% of Shuhang Technology, and trading will be suspended starting September 17

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EmbedWay (603496.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 75% of the shares of Shanghai Shuhang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shuhang Technology" or "the target company") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. At the same time, the company intends to issue shares to raise supporting funds. Upon completion of this transaction, Shuhang Technology will become a controlling subsidiary of the company.

At the company's request, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from September 17, 2025 (Wednesday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 10 trading days
