FCSC announced that the profit distribution plan for the mid-term of 2025 is as follows: based on the existing total share capital of 4.202 billion shares, a cash dividend of RMB 0.10 will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with the actual cash dividend distribution amounting to RMB 42.024 million. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. The equity registration date is September 23, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is September 24, 2025. The recipients of this profit distribution are all shareholders registered with the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
