VanJee announced that its director and deputy general manager Liu Huixi holds 1.5435 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.7242%. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 385,900 shares, accounting for 0.1810%, through centralized bidding or block trading from October 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026
