JQH announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai High-tech Investment Enterprise, holding more than 5% of shares, has reduced its holdings by 2.6936 million shares through centralized bidding from August 28, 2025, to September 15, 2025, at an average reduction price of 15.45 yuan per share, accounting for 0.99% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, its holdings decreased to 34.0155 million shares, accounting for 12.56%, and the reduction plan has been completed
