# Asia-potash International multiple directors and executives plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 540,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Asia-potash International (000893.SZ) announced that the company's chairman Mr. Guo Baichun, director, general manager, and board secretary Ms. Liu Bingyan, director and deputy general manager Mr. Zheng Youye, deputy general manager and chief financial officer Mr. Su Xuejun, and deputy general manager Mr. Liu Yonggang plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The aforementioned shareholders plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 540,000 shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement, accounting for 0.0591% of the company's current total share capital (excluding repurchased shares)
