# Bristol Myers Squibb sells 60% stake in its Chinese joint venture

According to foreign media reports, pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY.US) has signed an agreement to sell a 60% stake in its joint venture, Shanghai Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as part of a long-term strategy.
