# GOCOM signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Coal Mine Construction Group

According to the announcement from GOCOM (688367.SH), China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Coal Mine Construction Group" or "Party A") and the company ("Party B") have recently reached a strategic cooperation intention through friendly consultation and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Both parties will adopt business deepening cooperation, technological innovation and collaborative communication, achievement promotion and application, as well as innovative business cooperation models to carry out cooperation in domestic and international intelligent mining and extended sectors, environmental protection, clean energy, and comprehensive resource utilization industries (mainly including smart mine construction and general contracting; multi-mobile target signal control and intelligent scheduling command systems for underground mining transportation; construction of industrial internet platforms, big data cloud platforms, etc.; industrial railway signal engineering and intelligent transportation scheduling systems for coal mine dedicated lines, and railway transportation intelligent scheduling command information systems, etc.)
