The Chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, Paul Chan, stated that the Policy Address covers initiatives in both the primary and secondary markets as well as across asset classes, which he believes will help promote the sustainable development of Hong Kong as an international financial center and broaden the financial ecosystem.
