# CUIHUA JEWELRY provides a credit guarantee of 175 million for its subsidiary, with the guarantee balance accounting for nearly 94% of net assets

On September 17, 2025, CUIHUA JEWELRY announced the provision of guarantees for its subsidiary. The wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen CUIHUA applied to the Shenzhen branch of Jiangsu Bank for an extension of a comprehensive credit limit of 75 million yuan and to the Shenzhen branch of Guangdong Huaxing Bank for a new comprehensive credit limit of 100 million yuan, both guaranteed by CUIHUA JEWELRY with joint liability. The relevant guarantee matters have been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting. As of June 30, 2025, Shenzhen CUIHUA had total assets of 2.887 billion yuan. After this guarantee, the total balance of guarantees provided by the company to its subsidiaries reached 1.608 billion yuan, accounting for 93.95% of the most recent audited net assets. The company reminds that the amount of guarantees for subsidiaries exceeds 50% of the most recent audited net assets, urging investors to pay attention to risks
