# ST ECEC adds a guarantee of 10 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

On April 14, 2025, \*ST ECEC's 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders agreed to provide a guarantee limit of no more than 200 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongjing Jinhua. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Jinhua branch of Minsheng Bank, providing joint liability guarantees for Dongjing Jinhua's 10 million yuan debt obligations, and the original 10 million yuan guarantee contract has been terminated. As of the announcement date, the company's guarantee balance for its subsidiaries is 131.8 million yuan, accounting for 57.34% of the most recent audited net assets. Dongjing Jinhua's asset-liability ratio is 41.35%, and its revenue for the past year and the most recent period was 278.6333 million yuan and 148.1636 million yuan, respectively, both in a loss state. The company and its holding subsidiaries have no overdue or other adverse guarantee situations
