# YTPM provides joint liability guarantee for the 45 million financing of its subsidiary

On September 16, 2025, Yantai YTPM Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank to provide joint liability guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinan Luxin Metal Products Co., Ltd. for financing activities with a principal amount not exceeding 45 million yuan, without counter-guarantee. This guarantee falls within the authorization scope of the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting and does not require further review by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting. As of the announcement date, the company and its subsidiaries have external guarantee balances of 722.9643 million yuan, accounting for 34.39% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees or litigation-related guarantees. This guarantee is to meet production and operational needs, and the guaranteed party has the ability to repay debts, with overall risks being controllable
