# Oriental Ocean: Major shareholder Guoyuan Fund reduces its shareholding, with the shareholding ratio dropping to 9%

Recently, Shandong Oriental Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shenzhen Qianhai Guoyuan Private Securities Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Guoyuan Value Select No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund, reduced its holdings by 15,865,000 shares through block trading on September 16, 2025, accounting for 0.81% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the holding ratio of Guoyuan Fund decreased from 9.81% to 9.00%, a change that touches the 1% integer multiple. This reduction is due to redemption requests from investors holding fund shares and is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan. It will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on operations. The reduction plan has not yet been fully executed
