# BYE 2025 Half-Year Equity Distribution Implementation Announcement Released

Guangzhou BYE Equipment Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan. This profit distribution plan has been approved by the board of directors and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for review. Based on the total share capital on the equity registration date, a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. Due to the increase in total share capital from the conversion of convertible bonds, the cash distribution per share has been adjusted to 0.04554 yuan, with a total distribution amount of 24,500,589.08 yuan, accounting for 30.34% of the semi-annual net profit. The equity registration date is September 24, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are September 25. The dividends will be distributed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch, while some shareholders will receive distributions directly from the company, with different tax policies applicable to different shareholders
