# SHENJIAN GUFEN has seen multiple directors resign and plans to elect new directors and appoint an honorary chairman

Recently, Anhui SHENJIAN New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that Chairman and General Manager Liu Zhijian, and directors Wang Zhihong and Li Chengyu resigned on September 10. Liu Zhijian resigned due to the company's long-term development and team building needs, while Wang Zhihong and Li Chengyu resigned due to work adjustments. The three will continue to serve in the listed company. On September 17, the company's sixth board of directors held its eleventh meeting, where it approved the proposal to supplement the election of directors and appoint an honorary chairman. Wang Jinhua, Gao Wei, and Cao Cancan are proposed as candidates for the sixth board of directors, pending approval at the shareholders' meeting until the sixth board's term expires. At the same time, Liu Zhijian is appointed as honorary chairman without a fixed term, and he can provide consulting advice to the company
