Fuan Pharmaceutical Announcement on the Implementation of the 2025 Half-Year Equity Distribution Plan

Fuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 15. Based on a total share capital of 1,189,712,382 shares, a cash dividend of RMB 0.2 will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling RMB 23,794,247.64, with no bonus shares or capital increase. The record date for the distribution is September 24, and the ex-dividend date is September 25. The distribution will be made to all shareholders registered on the books. The cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be credited on September 25 through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch, while shareholder Wang Tianxiang will receive the cash dividends directly from the company.
