# Guosheng Intelligence's controlling shareholder's concerted action reduces its shareholding ratio to 68.87%

Guosheng Intelligence announced that from August 28 to September 17, the controlling shareholder and actual controllers Pan Weiguo, Wei Xiaohu, and their concerted actors Nantong Xiezhong and Nantong Qiju reduced their shareholdings, causing the equity change to reach the 1% threshold. Nantong Xiezhong reduced its holdings by a total of 0.6% through centralized bidding and block trading, while Nantong Qiju reduced its holdings by a total of 0.52%. After the change, the shareholding ratio of the relevant parties decreased from 70% to 68.87%. This reduction is in line with the previous plan, does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, will not change the controlling shareholder and actual controllers, and will not affect the company's governance and operations. Currently, the reduction plans of Nantong Xiezhong and Nantong Qiju have not been completed, and the company will urge compliance and timely disclosure of information
