# Genrix Bio's clinical trial application for the research product GR2301 injection has been approved

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Genrix Bio (688443.SH) announced that the company has received the "Notice of Approval for Clinical Trials of Drugs" issued by the National Medical Products Administration. The clinical trial application for the company's research product GR2301 injection has been approved. The announcement shows that GR2301 injection is a recombinant fully human anti-IL-15 monoclonal antibody independently developed by the company, which can inhibit the downstream IAK-STAT signaling pathway by binding to human IL-15, blocking the binding of IL-15 to IL-15Rα and the IL-15 & IL-15Rα complex to the IL-2Rβ & IL-2Rγ complex, achieving therapeutic effects for autoimmune diseases such as vitiligo caused by dysregulation of IL-15 expression
