According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZAISHENG TECHNOLOGY (603601.SH) announced that during the promotion of this transaction, due to objective factors, the equity transfer matter has not made substantial progress, and the Equity Purchase Agreement has not yet come into effect. In order to effectively safeguard the interests of the company and all shareholders, after careful evaluation and friendly consultation with all parties involved in the transaction, it has been decided to terminate the acquisition of 49% equity in Sichuan Maikelong Vacuum New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Maikelong" or "the target company")
