# SXXC's HKD 75 million idle fundraising for replenishment is due, and the full amount will be returned to the designated account

SXXC Co., Ltd. announced that it will hold a relevant meeting on September 19, 2024, to review and approve the temporary use of no more than 75 million yuan of idle raised funds from a non-public stock issuance to supplement working capital. The usage period shall not exceed 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors. The sponsoring institution, Zheshang Securities, issued a verification opinion. As of September 17, 2025, the company has fully returned the raised funds used for temporarily supplementing working capital to the special account for raised funds and has notified the sponsoring institution and the sponsoring representative. The company's board of directors and all directors bear legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the announcement content
