On September 18, 2025, Jiangsu TIANMU LAKE TOURISM CO., LTD. announced that its affiliated company, Jiangsu TIANMU LAKE ANIMAL KINGDOM TOURISM CO., LTD., decided to terminate the TIANMU LAKE ANIMAL KINGDOM cultural tourism complex project, and the capital increase plan approved on August 8, 2024, is also terminated simultaneously. TIANMU LAKE TOURISM plans to terminate the capital increase of 179.82 million yuan to the affiliated company, with the cumulative investment remaining at 19.98 million yuan. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the 15th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
