# ZNGF: Jie Qi was elected as chairman

ZNGF announced that on September 17, 2025, the sixth extraordinary meeting of the ninth board of directors approved the proposal to elect Mr. Xie Qi as the chairman of the company. Mr. Xie Qi's term will be the same as that of the ninth board of directors. Previously, the company's former chairman, Mr. Wu Kunzong, resigned due to work reasons.
