# Leysen: Ningbo Ningju plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Leysen (603900.SH) announced that Ningbo Ningju plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.43 million shares through centralized bidding trading from October 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1.00%
