According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yinbang Clad (300337.SZ) announced that its shareholder Wuxi Xinbang Technology Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 24.6576 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital
