# Shareholders of YUANFEI PET, Pingyang Shengfei, Pingyang Shengyu, and Pingyang Shengjin, plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3.4822%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUANFEI PET (001222.SZ) announced that its shareholders Pingyang Shengfei, Pingyang Shengyu, and Pingyang Shengjin plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Pingyang Shengfei and Pingyang Shengyu plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 5.6514 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. Pingyang Shengjin plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 908,300 shares, accounting for no more than 0.4822% of the company's total share capital
