# Shaanxi Jinye Group: Vice President Feng Tao resigns, Chen Hongtuan takes over

On September 17th, Shaanxi Jinye Group announced that due to work adjustments, Feng Tao will no longer continue to serve as the company's vice president. Upon the nomination of the company's president Yuan Hanyuan and approval by the board of directors' nomination committee, Chen Hongtuan has been appointed as the company's vice president, with a term starting from the date of approval at this board meeting until the end of the eighth term of the board of directors
