According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, COREACH (002983.SZ) announced that shareholder Dai Yongjian, as a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 273,400 shares (accounting for 0.13% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
