# BLB shareholder Bao Pu Fu Tong's reduction plan has been completed, without exceeding the planned scope

On September 16, 2025, BLB announced that shareholder Ningbo Bao Pu Fu Tong Asset Management Center completed its reduction plan. Previously, Bao Pu Fu Tong held 38,139,244 shares of the company, accounting for 10.3144% of the total share capital at that time, and planned to reduce no more than 11,093,020 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 24 to September 23. As of September 16, it had reduced a total of 11,092,947 shares, accounting for 2.91830% of the existing total share capital, with its shareholding ratio decreasing from 10.0335% to 7.1153%. This reduction is consistent with the pre-disclosure plan, is not in violation of regulations, and will not lead to a change in the company's control or have a significant impact on operations
