# Greater Bay Area Airlines: To receive two Boeing passenger planes by the end of the year to support business development, recommends the government to reduce airport construction fees

The company welcomes the measures mentioned in the government's Policy Address to expand Hong Kong's aviation landscape, believing that this will help consolidate Hong Kong's position as an international aviation hub and promote tourism and economic development. At the same time, it suggests that the government reduce airport construction fees to alleviate travel costs for passengers and promote the recovery of passenger numbers to pre-pandemic levels

The "Policy Address" mentions that the government will strive to accelerate the expansion of Hong Kong's aviation landscape and introduce multiple measures to implement "travel everywhere." Greater Bay Area Airlines welcomes this and believes that the relevant measures will help consolidate Hong Kong's status as an international aviation hub and promote the development of Hong Kong's tourism industry and overall economic growth.

Greater Bay Area Airlines will continue to actively expand new routes to meet market demand and will receive two Boeing 737-9 aircraft by the end of the year to support the company's business development. With the completion and commissioning of the three-runway system at Hong Kong International Airport last November, it is suggested to reduce airport construction fees to lower travel costs for passengers, allowing the number of travelers departing or transiting in Hong Kong to quickly return to pre-pandemic levels
