BINGCHUAN has established two new companies in Hainan, both involving multiple AI businesses
According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hainan Yaojin Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Hainan Zhouyao Network Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with business scopes including artificial intelligence public data platforms; artificial intelligence innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms; artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platforms; and artificial intelligence basic software development, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that both are wholly owned by BINGCHUAN through indirect holdings
