Suntak provides full credit guarantees for credit lines of 200 million each to three subsidiaries

On September 18, 2025, Suntak signed a guarantee contract with the Shenzhen Branch of Bank of Communications, providing full credit guarantees for comprehensive credit facilities of 200 million yuan each for its wholly-owned subsidiaries Shenzhen Suntak, Jiangmen Suntak, and Zhuhai Suntak. Previously, the company's relevant meetings had approved proposals to provide guarantee limits of no more than 1.47 billion, 1.3 billion, and 1.75 billion yuan for the three subsidiaries, respectively. The contract guarantees are in the form of joint liability guarantees, with a term lasting until three years after the final maturity of the main debt. The guarantee amount includes principal and related fees. As of now, the company has approved an effective guarantee limit of 5.8561 billion yuan, with a total contract amount of 5.1177 billion yuan for subsidiary credit lines, and the actual credit balance used by subsidiaries is 1.4575906 billion yuan, with no overdue or guarantee litigation matters
