# Shanghai Huayi completed the increase of its holdings in DCHL shares, and the lawyer verified compliance

GuoHao Law Firm, entrusted by Shanghai Huayi Group Co., Ltd., issued a special verification opinion regarding the shareholding increase by its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co., Ltd. As of September 2025, Shanghai Huayi is a legally existing company with no circumstances that would prohibit the acquisition of a listed company, and it qualifies as an entity for shareholding increase. Before this increase, Shanghai Huayi and its concerted parties held 37.14% of the shares. The shareholding increase plan was announced on March 18, 2025, and completed on September 17, with a total increase of 20,279,342 shares, amounting to 153,873,896.49 yuan, accounting for 0.96% of the total share capital.
