# Newtouch: Announcement on the Interest Payment Related Matters of "Newtouch Convertible Bonds" in 2025

Shanghai Newtouch Software Co., Ltd. announced the interest payment for "Newtouch Convertible Bonds." The "Newtouch Convertible Bonds" were issued on September 27, 2022, with a total amount of 484.81 million yuan and a term of six years. This interest payment is for the third year, with the interest period from September 27, 2024, to September 26, 2025, and a coupon rate of 1.00%. The interest entitlement registration date is September 26, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and payment date on September 29. The payment is for all registered holders. The company will entrust China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch to handle the bond redemption and interest payment, with interest paid two trading days in advance.
