# Zhongtai Cryogenic: The controlling subsidiary plans to sign a supply contract with a South Korean joint venture company not exceeding 20 million yuan

Zhongtai Cryogenic announced that its controlling subsidiary, Hebei Ruitai Electronic Special Gas Co., Ltd., plans to sign a supply contract for commissioning equipment and materials with the South Korean joint venture Pohang Zhongtai Air Solutions Co., Ltd., with a total procurement amount not exceeding RMB 20 million expected in 2025. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and the supervisory board and does not require further review. The related party transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization, has no impact on the company's independence, and will not lead to significant reliance on related parties. From the beginning of 2025 to the announcement date, the total amount of various related party transactions between the company and the related party PZAS has reached RMB 94.5831 million
