# YZYBIO-B: Wang Tao elected as employee representative supervisor

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YZYBIO-B (02496) announced that Mr. Zhang Jing has resigned from his position as the employee representative supervisor of the company for personal career development reasons, effective from September 18, 2025.

Dr. Wang Tao, Executive Director of the R&D Platform Department, was democratically elected as the employee representative supervisor of the second supervisory board on September 18, 2025. Dr. Wang Tao's term will be effective from September 18, 2025, and will expire at the end of the second supervisory board
