Aerosun announced that the company's deputy general manager Sun Jianhang holds 156,000 shares, accounting for 0.0362%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 39,000 shares, accounting for 0.0090%, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding. The financial officer and board secretary Deng Zegang holds 100,500 shares, accounting for 0.0233%, and also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 25,000 shares, accounting for 0.0058%, during the same period. The shares to be reduced are all derived from equity incentives
