INNO LASER announced that its shareholder Hongcui Investment, holding more than 5% of shares, reduced its holdings by 1,464,700 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from July 16 to September 17, 2025, accounting for 0.96% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, the holding ratio is 21.91% of the company's total share capital
